I don&#8217;t hear the drive spin up at all or make any noise. would this be a pcb issue? or is there something with the motor?? please help me<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>If your HDD can&#8217;t spin, you can swap PCB to try.<\/p>\n<p>When you get this PCB, you need to move your original PCB&#8217;s BIOS to the replacement PCB.
