tink it maybe bad and may not as when i try other pcb of similar type and let me explain to you all the problem here in egypt most of hdd wd800bb 00jhc0 with pcb 2060-701292-002 burnes the power ic or most of pcb and wd800bb 00jha0 with pcb 2060-001292-000 dosent burn much like the first one we use the jha0 pcb insted of the burned one of jhc0 we switch rom and all things is good but still the bios recognize the hdd as sabre not 00jhc0 so we asked all says you must change the ic or all pcb
